The front unit has fewer bedrooms (two as opposed to three) but is larger than the rear unit. If 3 bedrooms is not a must for you, then this one would most likely become the owner's unit. Doesn't have a back yard, but has a massive front yard that acts like a back yard, which it is currently serving very nicely for the young children of the existing tenants. If one wanted to vacate that one and take it over as the new owner, there is a pretty easy pathway to do so within the housing department regulations.
